Where tailoring meets ease. Our dark davy drawstring pant with elastic waistband is crafted from a 70% wool / 30% polyester blend that is washable. Cool to the touch, refined, and structured with a natural drape that holds its shape through every wear. Pressed creases front and back, a blind-stitched hem, and a clean interior construction with no overlock stitching make this a pant that means business, even when you're not.

Why AVL
Wool-blend trousers with a drawstring waist shouldn't exist — and yet here we are.
The full elastic waistband is finished with two rows of stitching 5/8" apart, giving it the structure of a tailored waist without the rigidity.
Inside, the front fly is bound in a custom saddle brown binding — a detail you'll never see but will always feel. The interior construction is entirely overlock-free: every seam is clean-finished, every stitch intentional.
This is what separates a garment from clothing.

Fit
Each AVL piece is custom fitted. We recommend sizing up for a looser feel.

Care
Dry cleaning is recommended. Alternatively, machine wash cold at 30°C on a gentle cycle using wool detergent. We tested it does not shrink.
Line dry in the shade. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Cool iron if needed, up to 110°C.
