5. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Shipping timelines are estimates.

AV Laretti is not responsible for delays caused by:

Carriers
Customs
Weather
Force majeure events

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are governed by our separate Return Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including designs, trademarks, logos, images, text, and graphics — is the exclusive property of AVL Intentions, Inc.

Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms grants a license to use our intellectual property.

8. User Content
