Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

International Orders
We’re happy to accept returns and exchanges on international orders within 21 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer

Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
Customs, Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs fees AV Laretti is not responsible for return shipping costs, and any additional fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at: support@avlaretti.com
- Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage or defect
- Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost, depending on availability
- Claims submitted after 5 days of delivery may not be eligible for resolution
